Overview
The Kenswick Partners is recruiting a Customer Onboarding Representative on behalf of a client. In this full-time remote role, you guide new customers through their first weeks with the company. You welcome each customer, walk them through setup, answer their questions, and make sure their account is ready to use.
This role suits someone who explains things clearly, keeps track of many accounts at once, and enjoys helping people get off to a strong start.
What You'll Do
- Welcome new customers and explain the onboarding steps
- Lead setup calls and walk customers through the company's products and tools
- Collect and verify the information needed to activate each account
- Track every customer's progress and follow up on open items
- Answer questions by phone, email, and chat during the onboarding period
- Record each interaction accurately in the customer record system
- Hand off fully onboarded customers to the ongoing support team
What We're Looking For
- Experience in customer onboarding, customer service, or account support
- Clear, friendly written and spoken communication
- Strong organization and follow-through across many accounts
- Comfort learning new software and explaining it to others
- A quiet home workspace and reliable high-speed internet
- Authorization to work in the United States
