Overview
The Kenswick Partners is recruiting a licensed Life and Health Insurance Agent on behalf of a client. In this role you work with individuals who have requested information about coverage. You speak with them by phone, review their needs, recommend coverage that fits, prepare quotes, and complete applications.
This is a full-time W-2 position with our client, with a set salary, employee benefits, and a remote work arrangement. You have the support and resources to manage a steady flow of client conversations while keeping records and follow-up accurate.
What You'll Do
- Speak with prospective and existing clients about their coverage needs
- Review each client's situation and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Explain policy features, costs, and coverage details clearly
- Prepare quotes and complete applications accurately
- Follow up with clients through the application process to a decision
- Keep client records current and follow-up timely
- Follow applicable insurance regulations and company procedures
What We're Looking For
- An active Life and Health insurance license (required)
- Insurance sales or client-facing experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Comfort discussing coverage and explaining policy options
- Organized, dependable work habits
- A quiet home workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and the ability to work independently
- Authorization to work in the United States
