Overview
The Kenswick Partners is recruiting a licensed Personal Lines Insurance Agent on behalf of a client. You help individuals and families with their personal insurance coverage. By phone, you review what a client carries today, identify options that fit, prepare and present quotes, and handle applications, policy changes, and renewals.
This is a full-time W-2 position with our client, with a set salary, employee benefits, and a remote work arrangement. It suits someone who knows personal lines insurance and explains coverage clearly while keeping client and policy records organized.
What You'll Do
- Speak with clients about their personal lines insurance needs
- Review existing coverage and recommend appropriate options
- Prepare, present, and explain quotes for personal insurance products
- Complete new applications, policy changes, and renewals
- Explain coverage, deductibles, limits, and policy details
- Follow up with clients on open quotes and applications
- Keep client and policy records accurate
- Follow applicable insurance regulations and company procedures
What We're Looking For
- An active insurance license that covers personal lines, such as Property and Casualty (required)
- Personal lines insurance experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of common personal insurance products
- Clear, professional communication
- Close attention to detail and organization
- A quiet home workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and the ability to work independently
- Authorization to work in the United States
